hi, i'm angeleen! i'm currently a cog sci design & interaction student at ucsd. i'm minoring in cs and spending my time writing code for my internship at the moment. i'm super swamped with work and new involvement in more career-oriented clubs, but i'm still trying to make the most of my college years and live a little before entering the industry!

personally, i like singing, window shopping, making a million pinterest boards, and hanging out with my friends. these days, i like to make matcha affogatos at home and i'm getting into more books this year. the last book i read was "i who have never known men" by jacqueline harpman, which i started and finished over the summer. the next book on my reading list is "the memory police" by yoko ogawa.

next year, besides from elevating my career and making money, i would love to travel more. recently, i went to japan and i had so much fun, even through the language barrier. i would love to visit again with my friends this time and explore more parts of japan that i missed as well as do more shopping there. another place i would love to visit soon is vietnam (motherland!) and see more of my mom's side of the family as most of them still live there. i keep seeing videos online and i'm so jealous of all the cute cafes and shops there!! i would hate all the mosquitos but hey, what can you do?
